Medal Stay Bright Coating

Our stay bright process delivers a unique, crystal clear coating to your full size and miniature medals.

Mounted medals are not suitable to be coated. We recommend this service be carried out at the same time as having your medals re-mounted or framed.

This service includes:

Silver dipping or brass cleaning on medals

Application of the stay bright coating

Please Note: This is a coating service and not a plating service. Our dipping and ultra-sonic cleaning process will clean your medals to the best that we can achieve. Badly tarnished medals, damaged medals or medals with plating that has been removed will be cleaned and coasted BUT this coats the surface to protect it - it does not replace plating that has been lost. Typically this process lasts for 2 years depending on the conditions that medals are stored in. Cleaning or polishing medals will remove this coating  

Please be advised that we can only stay bright medals that are loose. Medals that are mounted on a pin CANNOT be stay bright coated unless you require a full re-mounting service.
