The full size Khedives Star medal. There were 4 issues of the star conferred by Sultan Tewfik Mahommed, Khedive of Egypt on all troops who qualified for the Egypt Medal 1882-89. All made in Birmingham, 3 stars were dated 1882, 1884 and 1884-6, with one star undated. There was also an undated star with Tokar bar.

This replica medal is also made in Birmingham. This is̴Ì_the 1882 star.

All recipients of the Egypt Medal received the appropriate star.
