Medal Holder allows you to attach your medals to the holder and slip into a jacket pocket so you no longer need to push the pin through your jackets / blazers. Please note that your medals must be group mounted on a pin/brooch in order to use the medal holder. (click the image to add)

The Secretary General has established the NATO Medal to be awarded to military and civilian personnel who are, or have been, engaged in operations, or in direct support of operations conducted by NATO in the Balkans. This medal may not be worn by UK personnel.

CRITERIA

For award of the NATO ARTICLE 5 Medal for OP EAGLE ASSIST, personnel must complete both the qualifying period of service (below) and meet the eligibility criteria (above). The qualifying periods are those individuals who were in the NAEW&C and have served thirty days continuous or accumulated service in the air space of United States of America, and the air space of North America as tasked by NORAD between 12 October 2001 and 16 May 2002. Aircrew will accumulate one days service for the first sortie flown of any day in the Area of Operation; additional sorties flown on the same day receive no further credit. This requirement exists for support as well as combat aircraft, support aircraft including tanker, airlift and surveillance platforms.
